The apartment is 40 m2, has a living room / kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, that is at your disposal, bedroom equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.
The kitchen / living room has a LCD TV with DVD/DivX player and everything you need for cooking and food preparation. Two armchairs upon request can become two extra beds, 180 x 80 cm. On the small terrace where you can be reached from the living room there is a table for four persons and chairs, so that the guest can choose whether you want to eat on the terrace or on the table, which is located in the kitchen.
The whole apartment is organized so that guests feel at home and to spend a pleasant holiday. Apartment has the covered parking place, which can be seen from the terrace of the apartment. The terrace is surrounded by flowers and greenery.
